Following SummerSlam, Hell in a Cell is the next PPV on the cards for the WWE, which is to be held in San Antonio, Texas on September 16, 2018.

Braun Strowman will finally encash his Money in the Bank briefcase against Roman Reigns, who will defend his Universal championship for the first time at a PPV, since winning it at SummerSlam.

The show will also see AJ Styles defend his WWE Championship once again against Samoa Joe at the show, while Becky Lynch will get a shot at Charlotte's SmackDown Live Women's championship belt.

We could see several Superstars return to the WWE after a brief or a long hiatus at the Hell in a Cell show:

#1 Jason Jordan

Former American Alpha, Jason Jordan, has been out of action due to injury for over 6 months. Jordan suffered a neck injury and had to be operated upon in February, and recent reports suggest that the former tag team champion's return has been put off because he has still not fully recovered from the injury.

Rumors have said that Jordan has been backstage but has been working as a producer, and we aren't sure if he will return anytime soon.

But WWE like to keep returns hush-hush, and so they may be planning to bring him back at a PPV and Hell in a Cell is a perfect PPV for him to make a return. He could possibly return and turn heel on Seth Rollins, his former tag team partner, and maybe team up with his former American Alpha teammate, Chad Gable.

The tag team division in RAW has been stale and the addition of American Alpha could spice things up.

#2 Nia Jax

Nia Jax has had a great year, winning the RAW Women's championship, but hasn't been featured on television since Extreme Rules. She suffered a leg injury which has put her on the shelf for two months.

Jax could maybe interfere in the RAW Women's championship match between Ronda Rousey and Alexa Bliss and maybe set up a feud with Rousey.

#3 Kurt Angle

Kurt Angle was relieved of his duties as RAW GM recently and sent home for a "vacation", and the rumor mill suggests that he could return for a match. Hell in a Cell could be a great place to set up a story about Angle wanting to return to the WWE as a wrestler.

Angle could possibly return and feud with a few SmackDown Superstars because he's not welcome on RAW anymore. There are several dream matches on SmackDown for Angle to be a part of, including one against Daniel Bryan, or an old rivalry with AJ Styles.

#4 Paul Heyman

Paul Heyman hasn't featured on television since SummerSlam, where Brock Lesnar lost his Universal championship.

Heyman is reportedly working backstage as a producer and we aren't sure what his future in the WWE is.

Prior to Lesnar leaving, there were reports that Heyman would be the manager of Roman Reigns. But with Reigns back with The Shield, it seems that he wouldn't need a mouthpiece to get over with the WWE Universe.

But Heyman could offer his services to someone else, perhaps Bobby Lashley, who is currently with no solid feud.

#5 Samir Singh

One-half of The Singh Brothers, Samir Singh has been out of action for over 6 months, since tearing an ACL during a RAW show in January.

He's posted several photos recently on social media, where it seems that he's fit and raring to go. Samir looks pumped and has a new look, and it would be great to see Samir and his brother Sunil get in the ring, or maybe traded to 205 Live.

What makes Sting special? His first AEW opponent opens up RIGHT HERE.
