Paige was in the ring and she said what Samoa Joe did last week was the most disgusting act in WWE history. She revealed that after SmackDown went off the air, authorities were informed and Joe never entered the house. Charges were pressed against him.
Paige also revealed that she spoke to WWE management about it, and they unanimously agreed that he should be fired. Paige said she spoke to AJ Styles and he begged her not to fire Joe as he wanted to dish out the punishment himself. Paige agreed and said the match was on.
Meanwhile, footage of AJ Styles in his house played. He said that he couldn't make it to SmackDown Live because he needed to protect his family from Samoa Joe. He vowed to bury him alive at Super Show-Down.
Carmella & R-Truth vs Zelina Vega & Andrade 'Cien' Almas
Zelina Vega and Carmella started things off, with Vega taunting Carmella's moonwalk before the latter did a moonwalk of her own
Andrade and R-Truth went at it, with Vega doing the Tranquilo pose. Carmella and R-Truth came up with an interesting taunt of their own. They took a little dance break while the two were outside. R-Truth sent Andrade out of the ring as SmackDown continued.
Andrade hit R-Truth with a vicious chop but he managed to get Carmella in for the hot tag. She got the better of Vega and almost pinned her before it's broken up by Andrade. Carmella seems furious and tried to kick Andrade, who caught her leg. Truth took out Almas and Carmella reversed a pin attempt into a Code of Silence, making Carmella tap out instantly.

Backstage, Tye Dillinger begs Paige for a match against Randy Orton. She first insists he face Nakamura, but he says he'll deal with Shinsuke another time. He insists on facing Orton, so Paige makes the match, saying "She'll never understand men".
In the premiere episode of New Day Cooks, we were introduced to Mr. Bootyworth who makes the pancakes every week. The Bar wreck the show with their own recipe for pancakes and it ends in failure for Sheamus and Cesaro.
Randy Orton vs Tye Dillinger
Right before the match started, Dillinger began an attack on Orton. The brawl went on to the outside and Dillinger even managed to slam Orton on the announce table. Orton threw him to the crowd and caught him when he tried to jump, hitting a draping DDT from the barricade. He then took the steel steps and continued his assault before the officials rushed out to tend to Dillinger and the match was called off.
Shelton Benjamin vs. Daniel Bryan was announced for later in the night. The Miz confronted Benjamin backstage and told him "You're welcome". He hyped up Benjamin's resume and told him that he saw his tweet earlier this week demanding the match. The Miz told him that he needed to make a statement and Benjamin expressed his frustration at being on the bench. He vowed to make a statement against Daniel Bryan
What happened in Milwaukee?
Rusev & Lana were out and they called out Aiden English to man up and show his evidence of what happened in Milwaukee. Aiden English was set to present evidence and tried to give "context", which sounded like stalling. But he presented the footage eventually.
It was a clip from Aiden English backstage in Milwaukee, seemingly practising what he was planning to sing that night. It showed footage of Lana entering and telling Aiden English "I want you".
Rusev looked to her in shock and Aiden English said there's more, but he won't show it due to legal obligations - he had a juicy offer from TMZ. Rusev began to chase him away.
Lana told Rusev backstage that there's more to the story, but Rusev didn't seem to believe it.
Daniel Bryan vs Shelton Benjamin
Shelton Benjamin started off aggressive, hitting a knee to the gut of Bryan. The Yes! man fought back, only to get thrown in the air and struck by Benjamin.
Bryan countered Benjamin beautifully into the Yes! Lock, getting it locked in, but Benjamin had his clutches on the rope. Benjamin was really showing frustration as he repeatedly slammed Bryan against the barricade and ring apron
Back after the break, Bryan was on the top turnbuckle and jumps on Benjamin. The two grappled and Benjamin had his clutches on Bryan's back until he fought out. Benjamin still had the upper hand until he ran head first into the turnbuckles.
Bryan went for the running dropkick and landed one, but Benjamin followed him and prevented the next. Bryan ended up hitting a hurricanrana on Benjamin before following it up with the Yes Kicks. Benjamin tried to evade it and hit a spin-kick of his own, but missed. Bryan goes for a running knee but The Miz gets sick of it on commentary and distracts him. Bryan knocked him down and Benjamin took advantage to hit his finisher and pin Bryan.
Result: Shelton Benjamin def. Daniel Bryan
After the match, The Miz hits Bryan with a skull crushing finale and goes for the post-match beatdown.
Peyton Royce vs Asuka
The match started after the break and Peyton Royce was hitting Asuka with a series of strikes. Asuka ran the ropes but was caught in the gut by Peyton Royce. Peyton had Asuka pinned down as the crowd rallied for The Empress Of Tomorrow.
Asuka came back with a dropkick from the second rope. She handled her from behind and transitioned into a smooth kneebar. She had an ankle lock in and Billie Kay tried to help her reach the ropes. Naomi knocked Kay away and Asuka had her chin and neck pressed up before Royce tapped.
Result: Asuka def. Peyton Royce
Becky Lynch's grand surprise
Becky Lynch was out for a big "surprise" in the main event. She was cheered heavily and said that she's the best part of SmackDown Live. Around SummerSlam, she stopped taking and started giving.
Becky Lynch complained that despite being the champion, she's still not getting the respect she deserves. She then showed us a new poster for Super Show-Down, a photo of her lifting the title over a beaten down Charlotte Flair. She said it's not about Undertaker or Triple H, but her defeating Charlotte again.
The Queen came out to a lot of boos. They got into right away but the crowd was completely behind Becky. Charlotte got the better of the brawl, but she was getting booed heavily She stood tall as SmackDown ended, with the crowd chanting for Becky again.
