This week was full of surprises and controversies in WWE. We got to see the women of WWE put an amazing performance at WWE Evolution and they made this pay-per-view one of the best pay per views ever. And then came Crown Jewel, which was a huge disappointment. People expected after Evolution, WWE will give them a great show but Crown Jewel was a disaster. Now WWE has a chance to correct the mistakes they made.
This week's Raw can be full of surprises and great in-ring action. With Survivor Series only two weeks away, WWE will try its best to hype up the event. WWE does not have a lot of time before The Survivor Series pay per view, so it is crucial that the WWE capitalizes on what happened at Crown Jewel.
In this article, I will recommend 3 things that should happen on this week's Raw that will make Raw a memorable and commendable show.
#3 Braun Strowman Attacks Corbin; Kurt Angle Returns
Braun Strowman lost the match against Brock Lesnar at Crown Jewel. Before the match started, he was attacked by Corbin with the Universal Championship belt. Lesnar took advantage of it and delivered multiple F5's to The Monster Among Men, and eventually pinned Strowman and once again captured the Universal Championship.
Strowman would be looking for revenge, and we can see Strowman attacking Corbin and completely destroying him.
Corbin will definitely want Strowman in his team for Survivor Series, but Strowman would deny the offer. This would lead Stephanie McMahon to interfere and once again make Kurt Angle the General Manager of Raw. The fans would love to see Kurt Angle as General Manager of Raw once again.
With Kurt Angle back as the General Manager we would definitely see some interesting developments on Raw.
#2 Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose should relinquish the Tag Team Titles
The tag team division on Raw has been in chaos for quite some time now, and with Dean and Seth as Tag Team Champions, this situation will only get worse. The tag team division has lost its credibility in recent times, mostly because WWE is not building creative and interesting storylines around the tag teams.
This is a perfect time as the tag titles will be vacant and WWE could start a tournament or any other event to determine the new tag team champions. This will also help the tag team division to gain back its credibility and create some new and interesting storylines.
Teams like The Revival and the Authors of Pain deserve the championships, and they can show the world that they are great performers. By winning the championships, these teams can boost their careers to the next level. We have already seen in NXT that these teams are amazing and can create classic rivalries.
It is really necessary that WWE should create a storyline around the championships, otherwise the titles are going to lose credibility every week they aren't defended or even mentioned.
#1 Strowman becomes Universal Champion
Perhaps the most controversial and shocking decision WWE made at Crown Jewel was to make Brock Lesnar win the Universal Championship once again. Due to this decision, WWE received massive backlash from fans around the world. This could result in WWE making a major decision, and that decision could be to make Braun Strowman the Universal Champion, which should happen this week on Raw.
A match should be created by Kurt Angle by claiming that because of Baron Corbin's attack, the match was unfai. He should order a rematch between Strowman and Lesnar, with Strowman beating Lesnar and becoming Universal Champion for the first time.
After Strowman becomes the Universal Champion, WWE could continue the storyline between McIntyre and Strowman, and they could set up a huge match between them at TLC. McIntyre may even win the championship, as we all know that he has been protected since his debut and has been booked as a monster. Or they can create a new storyline involving a different superstar.
