4 wrestlers who need to turn face and those who need to turn heel as well

The Dominator!

It happens many a time in wrestling that sometimes if a wrestler gets stuck with one character for too long, it starts stagnating, and the audience even stops responding the way they used to earlier with the wrestler.

Sometimes a change is also important to spice things up, and change the ecosystem a little bit. A character can get completely transformed by turning from one aspect to other, and can generate massive reaction from the audience.

Currently, there are many WWE Superstars in dire need of a switch from being good guys to bad guys, and vice versa. Lets go through them one by one.

#1 Finn Balor (heel turn)

Somethings just don't make sense, Finn Balor getting turned into a jobber is one of them

It's almost tragic to see the treatment meted out to Finn Balor by WWE management. He's loved by everyone, he's a crowd favorite, he's a hard worker, and one of the best in the ring.

But ever since his return from a shoulder injury, Finn Balor's stock has steadily fallen to a point where nowadays his only role on Raw is to be fodder for Drew McIntyre's claymore kicks.

Even the much loved alter ego, The Demon King, has been put on the shelf, and is hardly used.

Turning Balor heel could provide him the lifeline he really needs right now in his career. WWE has for some unknown reason lost confidence in him, and does not provide him with any sort of push.

Not many would remember, but Finn Balor actually made his name as "Prince Devitt", the ultimate heel in New Japan Pro Wrestling, and it won't be anything new to him as he would easily adapt. As mentioned earlier in one of my articles, this could be the first step in getting his career back on track.

#2 Shinsuke Nakamura (face turn)

WWE has fallen short of ideas about what to do with Shinsuke Nakamura

Shinsuke Nakamura is one of the most decorated wrestlers of all time, but the great creative writers of WWE are at their wits end to understand what they could do with Nakamura. So bad is the situation that Shinsuke hardly features on live television these days.

Shinsuke was one of the biggest babyfaces in the company when he won the Royal Rumble. In fact, more fans wanted Shinsuke to beat AJ Styles than it was the other case.

Ever since Shinsuke lost to AJ at WrestleMania and turned heel, he hasn't had much to do on live television. He's hardly been involved in many feuds either.

His heel character has also lost touch, it has started to get boring, and invokes less reactions. Turning back to a babyface and changing his music entrance to the old one could ultimately bring Nakamura back into the limelight - maybe even for a title match against Daniel Bryan.

#3 Bobby Roode (heel turn)

Another wrestler who had proven himself on NXT, and was brought to the main roster amid huge fanfare.

The "Glorious" superstar was able to make an immediate mark on SmackDown when he went on to with the US Championship. He subsequently lost the title to Randy Orton, but the downfall for Bobby Roode started when he was drafted to Raw, and all of a sudden the WWE management ran out of ideas with what to do with him.

Ever since then, Bobby has been put in a tag team with Chad Gable, which wins a match one week and loses one the other. Bobby actually made his name as a heel during his career, and in a character that is to an extent getting stagnant, it would be a welcome change if Bobby is actually turned heel, and things start to kick-off for a change.

#4 Bobby Lashley (face turn)

Lets face it, Bobby Lashley's new look alongside Lio Rush is just awful

If there is one guy who would be confused with what is going on with his character, it has to be Bobby Lashley.

A well built beastly looking man has been given no push whatsoever ever since he has stepped on Raw. One miniscule push included a victory over Roman Reigns which was quickly nullified the very next week when Roman beat Bobby.

Out of nowhere Lashley has been turned into a heel. The reason behind it? No one knows. But apparently now he's heel, and along with Lio Rush, the duo literally have no screen presence or charisma.

Bobby is a huge beast, and that was how he got over last time around when he was part of the WWE, by being a huge beast and thrashing anyone who came in his path. It's high time WWE realises they're just wasting Bobby.

He needs to be turned face, and maybe even for a test run - sent to SmackDown, and be allowed to have a run with the WWE Championship, to see how the crowd responds.
