WWE Monday Night RAW will take place from the Pepsi Center in Denver, CO tonight. With just two weeks left until Super Showdown and Evolution also on the brink, WWE will continue to build for the matches on these upcoming shows. Last week we saw The Shield get the upper hand on "Dogs of War" (Strowman, Ziggler & McIntyre). Also, Ronda Rousey's first ever open challenge didn't go as planned when The Riott Squad made a failed attempt to attack the "Baddest Women on the Planet".

In this article, we will take a look at the five things that will happen on Raw tonight-
#5 RAW Tag Team Championship Match
As we know, The Revival had earned an opportunity to face the B-Team for the RAW Tag Titles a few weeks ago. But Dolph & Drew attacked them before their match. As a result, Ziggler & McIntyre were B-Team's new opponents and they defeated them to become new champions. The Revival will finally get their pending chance to face the RAW Tag Team Champions this week.
It doesn't look like The Revival has any chance of winning this match considering what WWE is planning for Drew & Dolph with The Shield. This match could very easily be used as a setup for The Shield Vs Dogs of War match at Super Showdown.
#4 Bobby Lashley VS Elias
Last week on RAW we saw Bobby Lashley's new manager Lio Rush show-off his athleticism to fend off Kevin Owens & Elias. While WWE is looking to build a feud between Owens & Lashley, Elias has also become a part of this now. For this week, WWE has announced that Bobby Lashley will face Elias one-on-one.
Lashley, Owens, and Elias are all lacking a decent storyline right now and this is what WWE has decided to do with them for a while. Although it doesn't have much of a meaning, it certainly could be entertaining to watch.
#3 Brie Bella VS Ruby Riott
The Riott will face the team of Bella Twins & RAW Women's Champion Ronda Rousey at WWE Super Showdown. Last week, Bella Twins made the save when Ruby and co. attacked Ronda. But for this week, a singles match between Brie Bella & Rubby Riott has been officially confirmed by the WWE.
We could expect an interference during this match leading to maybe another match for next week's go-home show. There is not much excitement for this story and WWE will have to do a lot more if they want the fans to be invested for this upcoming six-women tag team match.
#2 Moving Closer to the Bobby Roode Heel Turn
WWE has teamed up Bobby Roode along with Chad Gable and ever since the team has been brought together, there have been rumors of them splitting up. For a couple of weeks now, they have been fighting The Ascension. Gable has really shown a lot of potential with his in-ring work. WWE has been focusing on getting Gable over to a certain level so that fans really start to like him. And when that happens, it'll be the moment when Bobby turns on him.
Considering what Roode & Gable have been doing lately, this seems the best thing to happen to both of them. It will be interesting to see how WWE books this in the coming weeks.
#1 Will The Shield continue to struggle?
WWE has really contradicted their own storyline. They started with this amazing angle where the complete heel roster of RAW was against The Shield. Braun Strowman, Drew McIntyre and Dolph Ziggler were dominating and they also had the extra help from acting RAW General Manager, Baron Corbin. But then everything went into the water when WWE decided to bury every heel on RAW after The Shield destroyed all of them with ease. Even last week, The Shield got the upper hand after fending off the "Dogs of War".
It's like WWE wants us to believe that The Shield is struggling to cope by themselves when they are actually taking out every one week by week. There is no doubt that the 6-man tag team match at Super Showdown is going to be amazing, but the WWE has to decide on what exactly do they want to do.
