5 Big Things WWE Could Be Planning For Monday Night Raw (12th November 2018)

Will the Phenomenal One show up?
Will the Phenomenal One show up?

After last week's disappointing episode, WWE would be looking to advance things in the right way with Monday Night Raw tonight.

With Drew Mcintyre's clean victory over Kurt Angle being the only notable highlight of the show last week, the creative team does have a lot of expectations to fulfill, if they are willing to end the Go-Home Episode on a high note.

Since Stephanie McMahon and Brock Lesnar are advertised to make an appearance tonight, one wonders what would Vince McMahon be planning tonight to bring some legitimate investment to the Survivor Series show.

A significant proportion of the WWE Universe has been very vocal about their opinions on the red brand, and with the booking becoming predictable and repetitive, WWE definitely needs a major alteration this week.

So, what could be the creative team planning? Let's find out.

Here are the 5 biggest things WWE could be planning for Monday Night Raw.

#1 A war of words between Shane McMahon and Stephanie McMahon

Will this prove beneficial?
Will this prove beneficial?

Since we are entering the final episode of Raw before Survivor Series hits the frame, the company could be planning a blockbuster confrontation between the siblings.

Shane and Stephanie McMahon have always shared a love-hate relationship and are always successful in establishing the feuds they are involved in, and with both the commissioners fighting over brand supremacy, things could get a little intense.

A last-minute change in Kurt Angle's scheduled match against Baron Corbin last week could come into play in this segment, with the Olympic Gold Medalist asking for another opportunity to seize his spot in the Survivor Series' match.

With viewership and predictable booking becoming a concern for the red brand, bringing both the siblings with an 'Under-siege' angle could be terrific, to say the least.

#2 Seth Rollins costing Dean Ambrose a spot in the Survivor Series' team

Will this be the right way to advance the feud?
Will this be the right way to advance the feud?

Dean Ambrose's heel turn was long overdue and while it did felt promising, repeating the same thing every week would only hamper a terrific rivalry.

Both Seth Rollins and Ambrose are set to have a lengthy feud with plans for them to clash at the Grandest Stage of Them All, and in such a situation, the company needs to be clinical in their booking.

The Lunatic Fringe competing in a match tonight against either Finn Balor or Bobby Lashley for the final spot in the Traditional Survivor Series team could be fresh and compelling.

With the former WWE Champion annihilating the Architect for weeks, it would be the right opportunity for Rollins to strike back and seek redemption.

Also, it would provide an opportunity for someone like Finn Balor to finally get a spot in the proficient team, whilst making his opponents look strong.

#3 Becky Lynch destroying the Rowdy One in a stellar brawl

This has to happen
This has to happen

In a match that has WrestleMania 35 main-event written all over it, Becky Lynch will square off against Ronda Rousey in a stellar Champion Vs. Champion showdown at Survivor Series.

While legions of WWE fans are endorsing Lynch to get the better off Rousey here, but judging by how things work within the company, it will be highly unlikely.

However, the creative team could be looking to make this rivalry even more intriguing than it already is by booking the Relentless One to invade Monday Night Raw and destroy the Rowdy One.

Both the superstars have tons of momentum at this moment, with Becky Lynch being the more popular one, and if things are perfectly booked, then it could possibly end up being the most hyped women's match of all time.

This is the only way for the company to put Becky's relentlessness on full display here, with the SmackDown Women's Champion absolutely destroying the Rowdy One.

#4 The Scottish Terminator's warning to the Humble Advocate

Will Mcintyre and Heyman cross paths tonight?
Will Mcintyre and Heyman cross paths tonight?

After annihilating Kurt Angle last week on Monday Night Raw, it definitely feels like Vince McMahon has his eyes set on Drew Mcintyre as the next big thing.

With Braun Strowman's credibility beginning to diminish, the company could very well elevate the Scottish Terminator on the red brand by making him the next in line to square off against the Beast Incarnate.

While Brock Lesnar is bound to have a stellar bout with A.J. Styles this Sunday, the creative team might start teasing the future that awaits us.

Booking a solid backstage confrontation between Drew Mcintyre and Paul Heyman could be incredible in setting the tone for the future things to come.

The Scottish Terminator is being heavily considered as the one to dethrone Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship, and if the rumours are indeed true, then we could see something special tonight.

#5 A war between both the brands to end the show

The only way possible
The only way possible

With Monday Night Raw having a hard time dealing with their creative booking, a brawl between both brands could seal the deal for the show tonight.

Considering that legions of fans will have their eyes glued to the screens, the main event could steal the show in stellar fashion, with both Raw and SmackDown battling in a slug fest.

Since the red and blue brand are dealing with their own problems lately, it would be an ideal opportunity for SmackDown Live to get the better off the red brand tonight.

Considering that Braun Strowman's rivalry with Constable Corbin would become a highlight tonight, miscommunication in the red brand could cost them a lot tonight.

I believe that the red brand would probably bring their best foot forward at the Survivor Series show, so booking them to be dominated in this segment could probably help team blue before they drown at the event.
