5 female wrestlers that should align with Paul Heyman

Ladies and Gentleman, My Name is Paul Heyman

Paul Heyman is a name that is synonymous with compelling television content creation. He is the man that created ECW where wrestlers would put their bodies on the line and give us extreme matches. His promos during ECW made the show one of the most loved shows on television.

Sportskeeda is the one-stop destination for latest WWE rumors and wrestling news

The show was so popular that it competed with WWE and WCW promotions. However, in 2001 the company couldn't secure another national television contract and was bought by WWE from bankruptcy.

After its takeover, ECW ran on Syfy till 2006, and in the time being Heyman worked in multiple positions within the then WWF, now WWE. His work was lauded by the WWE officials and fans equally.

Heyman returned to the WWE in 2012 with Brock Lesnar and his promos have been a guarantee that your show tickets would sell out. His promos generate so much heat and intensity that you can't miss the episode he is on, and his way to build up feuds goes hand in hand with his promo cutting skills.

Currently, WWE has some of the most talented female wrestlers on its roster, but not all of them are good at cutting promos.

With that in mind, we tell you about 5 female wrestlers that can benefit heavily if Paul Heyman becomes their advocate:

#5. Nia Jax

Not like most managers
Not like most advocates

Nia Jax is known for her power inside the ring and she has proven it with her work in NXT and also on the main roster that she can perform some good matches.

The only thing she lacks is her promo skills. If you remember, when she and Ronda Rousey got into a feud, WWE had to bring Stephanie McMahon into the mix to make things interesting.

Think about what would have happened if Paul Heyman would have advocated for Nia Jax. His promos promoting Nia Jax as the irresistible force would have taken her career to new heights like it did for Brock Lesnar.

He knows how to sell a bout, and his feud selling skills are second to none. The only man that can either match him or come close would be Vince McMahon.

After being an advocate for the beast incarnate to becoming an advocate for the irresistible force, things would take a turn for the better.

#4. Sonya Deville

Furious in the ring not on the mic
Furious in the ring, not on the mic

Sonya Deville is a powerhouse and her work in MMA speaks a lot about her in-ring skills as well as her sheer power. She is very good during her work in the ring but the same can't be said about her mic skills.

If she joins hands with Mr Heyman, it would be a great combination. She can destroy opponents in the ring with her skills, and Mr Heyman can nail every segment to create compelling television and also great storylines.

#3. Sarah Logan

A Mic is all she needs
A Mic is all she needs

Sarah Logan made her debut in 2016 on NXT and has been impressive ever since. She had her first televised match at NXT before Wrestlemania 33 against Macey Estrella in which she was victorious. She hasn't looked back since and has been impressive as a part of the Riott Squad.

This week on Raw, she was good during her backstage segment with Elias, but she needs to transcend that in the ring, and when she needs someone on the mic, Paul Heyman could help her. He has helped rookies like Brock Lesnar become future champions over the years and this one would be a similar thing.

#2. Asuka

The Empress with the master
The Empress with the master

Asuka is a force to be reckoned with and she proved that through her work in NXT and the main roster.

Her undefeated streak was the longest that surpassed the legend Golberg's undefeated streak too, however, it was conquered at Wrestlemania by Charlotte Flair.

While she has all the skills required in the ring and has proven time after time that she can be a fierce competitor, the same can't be said about her mic skills. If she teams up with Paul Heyman it would be a win-win situation for both as the performer would benefit a lot from Heyman's mic skills.

In other words, it is a best for business decision for all parties, including WWE.

#1. Ronda Rousey

The Baddest women on the mic
No so good on the mic though

Ronda Rousey is definitely the baddest woman on the planet, and she proved that at Money in the Bank with her amazing in-ring work. The same cannot be said about her mic skills.

Her mic skills aren't good and that is why WWE had to bring Stephanie McMahon in the storyline to make it more compelling during her feud with Nia Jax as they headed into Money in the Bank. If Heyman joins Rousey, it would be the best decision for all, and we would see some of the best in-ring and on mic work ever.
