#5 Randy Orton - Youngest World Heavyweight Champion

Randy Orton is the youngest World Heavyweight Champion in WWE

Randy Orton created history when he challenged and won the World Heavyweight Championship from Chris Benoit at the tender age of 24. Orton faced Benoit at the SummerSlam PPV in the year 2004. Both of them fought neck to neck and gave their very best.

In the end, Orton pinned Benoit and became the youngest World Champion ever in the WWE. The title retired 10 years later in 2013 and during this time no wrestler could overcome this record established by Randy Orton.

MVP won both the United States Champion and the WWE Tag team Champion. He was the US Champion for a record number of 343 days. He was one of the finest US Champions the WWE ever had.

MVP won the Tag team Championship along with Matt Hardy. However, both Hardy and MVP had major differences and could never gel well. MVP eventually lost the US title to Matt Hardy.

Both John Cena and Ric Flair have won the World Championships a record number of 16 times. John Cena is a three-time World Heavyweight Champion and thirteen times WWE Champion.

Ric Flair, on the other hand, has won the NWA World Heavyweight Championship eight times, the WCW World Championship six times and the WWF Championship twice.

This is the maximum number of times any wrestler has ever won the World Championship. It seems that the record is going to persist for a long span of time as no wrestler at the present is close enough to this pair.

#1 Chris Jericho - First Undisputed World Champion

Chris Jericho is perhaps the greatest entertainer to have ever stepped foot inside the ring. Jericho holds several records in professional pro-wrestling. He has held multiple Championships and has defeated wrestlers from across the globe.

Out of all his accomplishments and achievements that he has made in the WWE, the most important performance which made him an overnight sensation was winning the first ever undisputed WWF World Heavyweight Championship. It happened in the year 2001 at the Vengeance PPV. He won back to back Championship matches and grabbed both the Heavyweight titles.

At first, Jericho faced the Rock for the WCW World Championship. They both competed for nearly 20 minutes and in the end, Jericho defeated the Rock and won the title. Immediately, he faced Stone Cold for the WWF Championship. Jericho pinned Stone Cold despite interference from Kurt Angle, Booker T and others.

Thus, Jericho unified both titles and became the first ever dual World Champion in the WWE.
