5 Ways to Rebuild Bray Wyatt After Matt Hardy's Injury 

It is impossible to dispute the fact that Bray Wyatt is one of the most interesting characters to have emerged in the recent era. I had a chance to connect with Jake 'The Snake' Roberts and he mentioned how Wyatt was his absolute favourite character. And yet, he was nowhere to be seen on RAW, this past week. Wyatt has had a streak of really terrible luck.

His feud against Finn Balor did not really pan out like it should have. And now, it seems like Wyatt's tag team partner, 'Woken' Matt Hardy is down with a serious injury. This leaves me to wonder what's next for the devious 'Eater of Worlds'.

I've thought of a bunch of possibilities in this particular article. Let me know if you think any of these scenarios will play out.

I think we can all agree that Wyatt deserves much better than his current state.

#5 Repackaged into a new character

Maybe it's finally time for a reboot of the Wyatt character

Hey, the Bray Wyatt character is still quite over with me. However, in the minds of many a fan there comes a point where they believe that a gimmick may have run its course. We have so many WWE fans writing how they are bored of The New Day, in our comments section, regularly.

Maybe it's time for the incredibly creative Bray Wyatt to reinvent himself again and transform into a brand new character, once more. Even The Undertaker dropped his dark and mysterious persona to become a biker, once upon a time. Wyatt could even revisit the Husky Harris character that he was once known as.

It would allow Wyatt to have a fresh start and establish himself as a dominant force again. Maybe even think of a fresh move set too!

#4 The Wyatt Family reunites as a backup for Braun Strowman

Can the Wyatt Family reunite to take on The Shield?

The Shield is back in business once again and Braun Strowman is on his own right now. Even a monster may need a friend or two to take The Hounds out. And this allows for The Wyatt Family to reunite once more and reignite their feud with The Shield. Remember how over the rivalry once was, WWE Universe?

Unfortunately, Erick Rowan is injured and may need to take some time off before he makes his return. This allows for Bray Wyatt to team up with Braun Strowman and Luke Harper from SmackDown Live to form a trio that can take The Shield on. It may be a fantastic unit and a dream match, down the line, for the upcoming Survivor Series.

Maybe Wyatt could enjoy a run with the Intercontinental Championship as well. He certainly needs the title far more than Seth Rollins does.

#3 Continuing on as a Woken Warrior

This is my least favourite scenario, but certainly a real possibility. Maybe WWE wants to have Bray Wyatt continue as a 'Woken' Warrior. By doing so, there's a possibility that more Hardy compound matches can be booked, where Hardy may not necessarily have to wrestle but just make cameo appearances. It would be a break from our usual WWE fare.

Imagine getting the B Team to the Hardy Compound. The comedy that would ensue could be quite priceless.

#2 Brand new tag team partner

The current WWE roster is more stacked than ever before. But because of the abundance of talent, so many talented WWE superstars do not get any screen time to excel and shine. Matt Hardy's injury could open the door for a new alliance.

Maybe Wyatt and Roode can emerge in this scenario as a tag team unit. Maybe Wyatt could find common ground with Chad Gable or Jinder Mahal. The possibilities are many and they could potentially be quite exciting for The Eater of Worlds.

Roode is used to tagging with partners who are very different from his persona. Remember Beer Money, TNA fans?

#1 A 'woken' alliance with Jeff Hardy

Remember this WONDERFUL moment from the night after WrestleMania?

Bray Wyatt and Matt Hardy worked a fantastic program against one another. And then they came aboard, on the very same page, after Wyatt took a dip in the 'Lake of Reincarnation', within the Hardy Compound. They soon became RAW Tag Team Champions. It was a fantastic run while it lasted.

Meanwhile, Jeff Hardy is on SmackDown Live, battling a ferocious Viper. Randy Orton has been intent on destroying Jeff Hardy and playing mind games with him too. Hardy could use a friend with some Woken Wisdom.

I would love to see Bray Wyatt inserted into this feud soon. He could certainly add some star power to the SmackDown Live brand as well.

I certainly do hope that WWE does justice to a superstar as talented as Bray Wyatt!
