As a testament to the successful women's evolution, all five ladies on this list are still active competitors! The Queen

The Queen has been the face of the Women's division for over two years now. She is the perfect combination of strength and athleticism. Over her 6 year WWE tenure, Flair has become the most decorated female superstar of her generation. She is a former NXT champion, a former Divas champion, a 4 time Raw Women's Champion and a two time and current Smackdown Women's champion. Her memorable matches include the ones with Sasha Banks, most distinctively their Hell in a Cell contest, which was the first time a Women's match headlined a pay-per-view. She has also had great matches like the triple threat at WrestleMania 32, the streak ending the match with Asuka and her matches with Becky Lynch and Natalya. With the top prize of the blue brand on her shoulders, she seems more likely than ever to face Ronda Rousey in a dream at Survivor Series.

#4 Sasha Banks: 538 Matches

It's Boss Time

It is important to note that Sasha Banks is just 26 years old and yet makes this list! With most of her career ahead of her, the Boss has already had a storied career to say the least. She has been NXT Women's champion and has also had 4 reigns as Raw Women's champion. Her 2016 rivalry with Charlotte produced some remarkable matches like the Hell in a Cell match mentioned earlier. However, her most notable match remains to be against Bayley at NXT Takeover: Respect in 2015 which many believe to be the best Women's wrestling match of all time. She consistently performs at a high level every week on Raw and her intense passion for wrestling has transcended into several accolades she has already gathered in her young career.

#3 Naomi: 616 Matches

Fe
Feel the Glow

Ever since arriving on the main roster in 2012, Naomi has been a regular feature on WWE programming. She started off as a valet for the silly Funkaductyls but has come a long way since. She received her first major push in 2014 when she was granted several title matches against AJ Lee. Her other notable run came with the B.A.D faction from 2015-16 as a part of which she competed in several multi-person matches. However, she reached her true potential by finally winning the Smackdown Women's Championship in 2017. Wrestlemania that year saw her win it again after returning from injury and keep it until Summerslam where she lost it to Natalya in a good match. Recently she was the standout performer in the second Women's Money in the Bank Ladder Match, where showcased her top-notch athleticism. At 30 years of age and already so many matches under her belt she still has a lot of glow left.

#2 Alicia Fox: 758 Matches

G
Fox

Alicia Fox is the longest tenured female performer in WWE and second longest on its main roster. She went from being Edge's on-screen wedding planner in 2008 to becoming the first and only African American Diva's champion by pinning Maryse in 2010. She has been through the Diva's era, the Total Divas era and the new Women's evolution and remains to feature on television every week. Recently, she battled Ronda Rousey in the latter's first ever Raw match. Her accomplishments though not very ostensible, are often underrated. She is indeed one of the most rigorous and tenacious performers of her generation.

#1 Natalya: 938 Matches

The Queen of Hearts
The Queen of Hearts

Nattie tops this list with close to a 1000 bouts in her career. She is also the longest tenured female wrestler on the main roster with her debut being back in April 2008. She first won the Diva's championship at Survivor Series 2010 against Lay-Cool in a 2 on 1 handicap match. Since then she has very much settled for the role of the perfect gatekeeper for the women's division. She has been a supporting character in several women's storylines, most recently the Rousey one. Also, almost every wrestler who has to get over as a headliner goes through her. Her series of excellent matches helped Charlotte become what she is today. She won her second title 7 years later from Naomi at Summerslam 2017 but, served as a transitional champion for Charlotte to win the belt. Instead of having the spotlight on her, she's always ready to put newer talent over. Another interesting fact is that she has also overtaken the legendary Trish Stratus to become the female with most WWE pay-per-view matches as well! At 36 years of age, Natalya is still a great grappler and a good in-ring performer. She hasn't slowed down one bit since when she started and the peak of her career may even be yet to come. Performing continuously on such a tight schedule at a high level for so long is something even very few male wrestlers have achieved. She is versatile at character work and has adapted to the ever-changing women's environment in WWE very well. Lots of superstars came and went but just like her heart in Celine Dion's most popular song, WWE's Queen of Hearts also miraculously goes on and on.
