Image result for finn balor
Finn Balor definitely should compete in this.

The World Cup will take place at the Crown Jewel on Friday, November 2, 2018. The World Cup tournament will help to determine who is the best in the world and will probably include superstars from Raw, SmackDown Live, 205 Live, NXT, and NXT UK.

#16 Mansoor (Saudi Arabia)

Image result for mansoor wrestler
The Saudi Arabian government probably would like to see a Saudi Arabain represented in this tournament.

Mansoor was one of WWE's Saudi Arabian signees earlier in the year. He is 17 years old and appeared at the Greatest Royal Rumble. He is currently training at the Performance Center. He would definitely benefit from appearing in this tournament and facing someone like Randy Orton or Andrade 'Cien' Almas even if he gets eliminated in the first round.

#15 Buddy Murphy (Australia)

Image result for buddy murphy cruiserweight champion
The Cruiserweight Champion definitely deserves an opportunity to shine in the tournament.

Buddy Murphy is the current Cruiserweight Champion. He just won the title by defeating former champion Cedric Alexander in his home country. Buddy Murphy is one of WWE's only Australian performers and since 205 Live might be getting some newfound hype as a result of the excellent Cruiserweight Championship match at Super Showdown, WWE may want the current Cruiserweight Champion to wrestle against the best of the best.

#14 Alexander Wolfe (Germany)

Image result for alexander wolfe
Alexander will get the biggest opportunity of his singles career.

Alexander Wolfe is currently a part of SAnitY. He has not done much on SmackDown Live and could certainly benefit from being a part of this tournament. He is currently WWE's only German performer on the main roster so he definitely fits into the bracket. A match between Alexander Wolfe and Aleister Black or Kofi Kingston would work.

#13 Killian Dain (Northern Ireland)

Image result for killian dain
Killian Dain is too talented to be so underused.

Killian Dain is also a part of SAnitY. He is from Belfast, Northern Ireland and would definitely benefit from facing the best in WWE. While there are multiple performers from Ireland, Killian Dain is currently the only performer in WWE from Northern Ireland. Killian Dain's surprising explosiveness and speed will wow the WWE Universe and can lead to him becoming successful alongside his SAnitY stablemates.

#12 Aleister Black (The Netherlands)

Image result for aleister black
Aleister Black will soon be returning to WWE.

Aleister Black is a part of NXT. He has been sidelined due to a groin injury but is set to make his WWE return. He made his debut in the first UK Championship tournament and has been impressive ever since then. He seemed to be set to join the main roster before he was injured but now we do not know for sure. However, he will get a little bit of main roster exposure when he competes in the World Cup and represents the Netherlands.

#11 Jinder Mahal (India)

Image result for jinder mahal
Even though he was born in Canada, Mahal will represent India.

Jinder Mahal is a former WWE Champion. He has not done that well on RAW since the Superstar Shakeup but he will certainly be a part of this tournament. Jinder Mahal is WWE's biggest performer from "India" and is also a pretty credible superstar. Therefore, whoever defeats him will benefit from it. Jinder Mahal's job will be to put over other superstars.

#10 Kofi Kingston (Ghana)

Image result for kofi kingston
Kofi Kingston will represent both Ghana and the New Day.

Kofi Kingston is currently a SmackDown Tag Team Champion. Since he's a record-setting tag team champion, he will certainly be featured in this tournament. Although born in America, Kofi Kingston could also be the only superstar in this tournament representing their African roots. Kofi Kingston can always be counted on to deliver a decent match and his veteran status will do wonders for whatever superstar defeats him.

#9 Cesaro (Switzerland)

Image result for cesaro
The Swiss Superman will certainly be a part of this tournament.

Cesaro will represent both his home country Switzerland and his team known as The Bar. He is one of WWE's most reliable in-ring performers and certainly deserves a chance in this tournament. He rarely gets opportunities as a singles competitor now so he will definitely take advantage of this. Cesaro will do great no matter who he faces and will possibly convince WWE to break up The Bar and give him the singles opportunity he deserves.

#8 Pete Dunne (England)

Image result for pete dunne uk champion
Pete Dunne has held the UK Championship for more than a year.

Pete Dunne will represent England as the UK Champion. This makes the most sense as Pete Dunne is the leader of WWE's new United Kingdom brand. Therefore, he is the best superstar to represent the brand. He has delivered excellent matches against the likes of Roderick Strong, Adam Cole, & Ricochet this year and will do great against some of WWE's best.

#7 Rusev (Bulgaria)

Image result for rusev bulgaria
Rusev is one of WWE's best international stars.

Rusev definitely deserves to be a part of this tournament. He has consistently been one of the most entertaining wrestlers of the year. Rusev is WWE's first and only Bulgarian wrestler so he will certainly represent his home country of Bulgaria in this tournament. Rusev will do great in this tournament to prove who the best in the world is.

#6 Shinsuke Nakamura (Japan)

Image result for shinsuke nakamura
It is ironic that the United States Champion will represent a nation that is not the US.

Shinsuke Nakamura is the current United States Champion so he will definitely participate in this tournament. He's also WWE's top Japanese competitor (despite some questionable booking) so he will certainly represent his home nation. This is great as it will support the fact that Shinsuke Nakamura is one of the best performers in the world and will also potentially set up a future US Title challenger.

#5 Kevin Owens (Canada)

Image result for kevin owens
Kevin Owens will be chosen over several other Canadian performers.

Kevin Owens is one of the top superstars on Monday Night Raw. He will definitely be involved in this tournament. He will be chosen over other Canadian WWE wrestlers such as Tye Dillinger, Bobby Roode, and even Chris Jericho. Kevin Owens always delivers in the ring no matter who his opponent is so he will have no trouble succeeding in this tournament.

#4 Andrade 'Cien' Almas (Mexico)

Image result for andrade cien almas
Zelina Vega will hope to lead her client to the biggest victory of his career.

Andrade 'Cien' Almas is one of Smackdown's rising stars. However, he still needs a big win that can permanently catapult him into the main event scene. While it could be argued that Rey Mysterio will represent Mexico, Andrade 'Cien' Almas needs it most. He will do great in this tournament and will have great matches with any superstar he competes with.

#3 Drew McIntyre (Scotland)

Image result for drew mcintyre
Drew McIntyre will hope to make Dolph Ziggler & Braun Strowman proud.

Drew McIntyre is currently one half of the Raw Tag Team Champions. He will not be able to defend the titles at Crown Jewel because he will take part in this event. He is WWE's biggest Scotish superstar and has been given a big push ever since he joined the Monday Night Raw roster. Therefore, he will definitely be a big part of this tournament.

#2 Finn Balor (Republic of Ireland)

Image result for finn balor
Finn Balor will definitely be a part of this tournament.

While some might say that is should be Sheamus that represents Ireland, however, Finn Balor is currently the biggest superstar right now. Finn can also benefit from being in this tournament and possibly winning it. WWE has been so inconsistent in pushing him to the point that he consistently fluctuates between the mid-card and the main event scene. However, a win in this tournament can permanently catapult Finn Balor to Raw's main event scene.

#1 Randy Orton (USA)

Image result for randy orton
Randy Orton will be the superstar that represents the US in this tournament.

Randy Orton is the best superstar to represent the United States. He has been great on SmackDown Live ever since he made his return so he should definitely be chosen to represent America over someone like Bobby Lashley. He can have great matches against some of the country's top faces and will truly establish himself as the big heel of SmackDown Live.
