Currently, Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch are involved in a feud for SmackDown women's championship. It all started at Summerslam when Charllote defeated both Becky and Carmella to win the championship. Becky then attacked Flair confirming a potential heel run. Her reason for turning on Charlotte was that the match was supposed to be between her and Carmella and she just was just added to the match, she stole her spotlight (her words, not mine).
WWE has struck gold with this storyline as it has so much potential moving forward. Both these wrestlers have a huge fan base, both are great in-ring wrestlers and if booked properly, this could become the best feud of the recent past. So, here is my opinion that how they should book this feud moving forward.
Going by the reaction Becky Lynch is getting even when she turned heel, all the fans including me want to see her as champion. Which should be the first priority of WWE. They are scheduled to have a match at Hell in a cell, in which Becky should win to justify her heel turn.
But, both wrestlers should make sure that they have an amazing match to keep fans engaged in the storyline moving forward. They can let Charlotte play the anxious babyface to get her title back.
Charlotte will then maybe get her match directly at WWE Evolution as we don't know if Smackdown women's title will be defended in Super Show Down as Ronda Rousey, current Raw women's champion will not defend her title there and will instead team up with Bella Twins to take on Riott Squad.
So, if Charlotte did get her rematch at Evolution, then too, Becky should win to make her look stronger and she deserves this because of the quiet year she has had earlier. She has earned a long reign with the belt. If this indeed happens, then at Survivor Series we can see a match between her and Ronda Rousey, which certainly guarantees to be the 'match of the year' candidate.
Besides, going by the reports of PWI earlier this year, WWE is planning a main event between Charlotte Flair and Ronda Rousey at Wrestlemania 35, so they will obviously not have that match before at Survivor Series. So, Becky vs Rousey makes the most sense.
After this, Becky can continue on her journey to be a great champion and have a feud with other wrestlers like Asuka. Charlotte, on the other hand, can be involved in feuds with other wrestlers like IIconics, Naomi, Bellas to name a few because if the earlier mentioned reports are true indeed, then she has a busy 2-3 months ahead of her, where she will again come at the top of the division along with Rousey. Both, Becky and Flair can come out of this feud looking stronger.
