England hold practice session ahead of Test Match against Ireland
England's cricketers were back at Lord's on Monday, just eight days after their dramatic World Cup triumph against New Zealand.

This time it was the Test team who went through their paces ahead of Wednesday's historic Test against Ireland.

But the turnaround was short for five of England's world champion one-day team who are also involved in the Test squad.

England's all-time leading Test wicket-taker James Anderson remains an injury doubt for the four-day match, missing the majority of the training session as he recovers from a calf tear.

But batsman Jason Roy continued his preparations to make his Test debut after starring in the World Cup victory.
