आईपीएल (IPL) में पंजाब किंग्स (Punjab Kings) टीम का कप्तान बदला है और खिलाड़ी भी बदले हैं लेकिन प्रदर्शन नहीं बदला है। पंजाब की टीम को लखनऊ सुपर जायंट्स (LSG) के खिलाफ कम स्कोर के मैच में भी 20 रनों से हार का सामना करना पड़ा है।

154 रनों के लक्ष्य का पीछा करते हुए पंजाब की टीम 8 विकेट पर 133 रनों का स्कोर ही हासिल कर पाई। इस तरह पंजाब को पराजय का सामना करना पड़ा। बल्लेबाज फ्लॉप साबित हुए और लखनऊ की टीम को जीत दर्ज करने का मौका मिल गया। पंजाब की हार को लेकर ट्विटर पर जबरदस्त प्रतिक्रियाएं आई।
