3 things that could go right in the next episode of RAW (and 3 things that could go wrong)

RAW could
RAW could be an interesting episode

RAW had a boost in storytelling and content post-SummerSlam and as it nears Hell In A Cell, one waits to see where WWE takes the storyline from here. Triple H made a surprise appearance to announce the one last face-off between him and The Undertaker at Super Show-Down.

Stephanie McMahon named Baron Carbin as the acting general manager of RAW. Roman Reigns defended his Universal Championship belt against Finn Balor and The Shield reunited to take down the monster among men, Braun Strowman.

WWE can go in different directions from here. Keeping that in mind, let's take a look a look at 3 things that could go right in the coming episode of RAW and 3 things that might cause a blunder.

Finn Balor continues to impress - Right

Finn Balor should continue to impress
Finn Balor should continue to impress

Yes, Balor did lose clean against Roman Reigns in the last episode of RAW but the bout was as amazing as it could get. Finn Balor has been unstoppable post SummerSlam after defeating Baron Corbin very clean.

WWE universe will hope that Finn Balor continues his impressive run. While the Universal Championship is out of picture considering Braun Strowman is always up and running with his Money in the Bank contract, WWE should utilize Finn Balor in the best possible manner.

Finn Balor working with jobbers - Wrong

I don't see why Finn Balor should be pitted against some low-card wrestler to make his presence felt at RAW. Finn Balor is a talented wrestler who has been booked really weak for almost a year now.

Considering the fact that Finn Balor has no story arc after demolishing Baron Corbin and given his opportunity of title belt which went in vain, it will be really sad if Finn Balor falls into the same hit and miss scene in the upcoming episode of RAW. Finn Balor just showing up to give a decent performance against some low-card wrestler will make him fall into the same picture again.

Baron Corbin should remain the RAW General Manager - Right

Baron Corbin as the General Manager is actually good
Baron Corbin as the General Manager is actually good

Yes, he can fight and is an amazing athlete. But I think he should rest now and probably wait for his turn to get into the ring against the authority that he is working with. I don't mind Baron Corbin being pitted against Stephanie McMahon for not following her orders and deciding matches according to his desire.

That can potentially give Baron Corbin a chance where Stephanie McMahon goes hell-bent into removing him from duty and deciding upon a wrestler to give him a nice storyline.

The Shield showing up in every match - Wrong

The Shield is back
The Shield is back

I am happy that The Shield reunited and with Dean Ambrose back in action, it makes for a better reunion. But things could go really wrong if The Shield decided to show up in every match where one of the Shield members is involved.

The trio holds the only two singles belts on RAW and bringing the group in every match will only make things worse. Dean Ambrose hasn't found his perfect storyline yet and considering the fact that he has returned as a potential heel, one waits to see where WWE will take him from here.

Possibly a feud against Bobby Lashley which can take the latter into the Universal Championship arc will be best for business.

The Revival winning the Tag-Team Championship - Right

The Revival as Tag-Team Champion will be best for the division
The Revival as Tag-Team Champions will be best for the division

Yes, the joke is over and The B Team have become nothing less than irritating and irrational in their wins. What started as a nominal run for both the superstars has escalated to a level where a team like The Revival had to lose their first Pay-Per-View match.

The last episode saw both the members of The Revival in a singles match against Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel. While both came out victorious, let's hope there is a Tag-Team match lined up where The Revival lifts the belt once and for all.

Kevin Owens makes a return - Wrong

Kevin Owens should make a great return
Kevin Owens should make a great return

He did not show up in the last episode of RAW. Kevin Owens received a crushing defeat at the hands of Braun Strowman. While many predicted that Kevin Owens might actually win the match after being manhandled by the monster for a couple of months, things came out differently.

It was a fairly one-sided match that did not paint Kevin Owens in the right picture. Fans will be looking for a comeback from Kevin Owens after a couple of episodes. It will hardly make any sense if he was to return in the next episode of RAW and start a new storyline all of a sudden.
