WWE has plenty of wrestlers on the roster that could turn heel. It's either because someone is naturally better at being a bad guy or they need it to save their careers.

Those involved on this list have done much better as a heel in the past and need to go down the route once again. It's time for a change as turning these superstars heel can open a world of possibilities of matches or storylines you can do with them.
The year is half over and summer is kicking up really fast. These changes can be made over the summer if WWE wants to. The Summer period is one of the most exciting months WWE has with their company. Some of these can be made late this year even, but as long as it happens.
WWE struggles with their babyfaces and it shows. Some wrestlers are naturally better at being one thing compared to the other. Let's take a look at four WWE superstars who need to turn heel by the end of 2018.
#1 Bobby Roode
From watching Bobby Roode in the past, we can confidently say that he does a much better job as a bad guy than good. Look at his run in TNA, he did a fantastic job being a heel.
His run as the TNA World Champion proved that as he delivered every time he was in the ring. If you need more proof, let's take a look at his NXT run and his NXT Championship run. Even though Roode being in NXT was much shorter, he did great as a bad guy.
He faced the likes of Shinsuke Nakamura and Hideo Itami and did well against them. His run as a babyface lately isn't working and it's time for a change. Nowadays, he's remembered more for his theme song than his work in the ring.
#2 Charlotte Flair
For the last year or so, Charlotte has been a babyface and it isn't working. Charlotte's best work is as a heel and it shows.
Charlotte's feud with Sasha Banks from a few years ago shows why she does better as a bad guy. She has more to go on with the heel persona than a face anyway. It's easier to rub it into someone's face that she's Ric Flairs daughter and she's the women's divisions equivalent to Ric Flair. She broke Asuka's undefeated streak and we are supposed to like her for that?
The way she comes to the ring can be better shown as a heel. She looks down on others and shows why she is better. She's great in the ring and is much better working as a heel than a face. Charlotte can even set up a stable with the likes of the Iconics or Mandy Rose/Sonya Deville to help out with matches. There's more to go on with the bad guy side than good.
#3 Finn Balor
Finn Balor is not that great as a good guy and WWE seems that way about him as well. Since he got hurt after winning the Universal Championship, WWE seems to have no idea what to do with him.
Balors best work is as a bad guy. Take a look at his New Japan run and see how well he did. His Matches and promos are great and he helped create one of the best factions in wrestling today. Bullet Club can go either way but it started as a heel stable.
This is a chance to bring back the Demon persona. The visual of seeing the Demon is great if he's a bad guy. Seeing how Balor is today, you can not see him as a bad guy. But, bring back the Demon paint and there's much to go on.
#4 Sasha Banks
Remember when Sasha Banks was one of the best heels in the company back in her NXT days, well WWE need to bring that back. Like previously stated, Sasha is someone who works better as a heel.
Her main roster run hasn't been that well and she's been a good guy for most of it. She's one of the most requested when it comes to turning heel, why not do it. Her current run with Bayley isn't going anywhere and it's weird to see two babyfaces beating each other up.
Someone needs to be good and someone needs to be bad. It's the way the world works and the same in wrestling. She's one of the best the Women's division has to offer and she can be better if she did a heel turn.
