द ग्रेट खली के WWE डेब्यू से फैंस अच्छी तरह वाकिफ होंगे, जब उन्होंने आते ही अंडरटेकर पर अटैक कर दिया था। 7 फुट 1 इंच की लंबाई को लिए वो अंडरटेकर के सामने कहीं अधिक तगड़े और लंबे प्रतीत हो रहे थे, इसलिए उन्होंने एक ही चॉप मूव लगाकर द डेड मैन को पस्त कर दिया था।

अंडरटेकर का उसके बाद खली से कई मौकों पर आमना-सामना हुआ, लेकिन भारतीय सुपरस्टार केवल WWE Judgement Day 2006 में ही अंडरटेकर के खिलाफ जीत दर्ज कर पाए थे, अन्य सभी सिंगल्स मैचों में अंडरटेकर ही विजयी रहे।
