Full Match card predictions for the 2018 WWE Elimination Chamber

Elimination Chamber 2018
The final stop for the Raw Superstars before WrestleMania 34

The WWE Elimination Chamber PPV is set to emanate from the T-Mobile Arena in the Las Vegas Valley in Paradise, Nevada on 25th February 2018.

The show is set to feature two massive elimination chamber matches where the men will be squaring off for an opportunity at the Universal Championship at WrestleMania 34, and the women will be making history when they participate in the elimination chamber match for the very first time.

The show is the last PPV for the Raw brand before WrestleMania 34 and WWE will be looking to deliver on all grounds as the results of this event will play a vital role in the bookings going into WrestleMania.

The match card looks interesting and the following matches are confirmed for the event:

i) Woken Matt Hardy vs Bray Wyatt

ii) Asuka vs Nia Jax

iii) The Bar vs Titus Worldwide for the Raw Tag Team Championship

iv) The Women's Elimination Chamber match for the Raw Women's Championship

v) The Men's Elimination Chamber match for a shot at the Universal Championship at WrestleMania 34

The match card looks intriguing and it is destined that the fans in attendance and all over the world are in for a treat.

With that said, let's look at the full match card predictions for the 2018 Elimination Chamber PPV.

Honorary Mention: Ronda Rousey's contract Signing

Ronda Rousey
Rousey will sign her Raw contract at the Elimination Chamber PPV

There is not a great deal to predict in this as this is an official contract signing for the former UFC women's Bantamweight champion.

Ronda Rousey made her WWE debut at last month's Royal Rumble PPV where she confronted the Women's Royal Rumble winner Asuka and the two Women's Champions Charlotte and Alexa Bliss.

She pointed at the WrestleMania sign possibly hinting that she will be taking on either of the two Women's Champions at the show of shows.

We will have more clarity on this situation this Sunday when Ronda Rousey signs her official Raw contract. We can expect Rousey to justify her actions at the Royal Rumble and clarify her intentions going into WrestleMania 34.

#5 Woken Matt Hardy vs Bray Wyatt

Woken Matt Hardy vs Bray Wyatt
The battle of the bizarre ones

Woken Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt are set to continue their feud at the elimination chamber PPV when they collide in a one-on-one match this Sunday.

This feud has all it takes to be an absolute entertainer if booked properly. But unfortunately, that is not the case as of now. The feud has not caught the attention of the fans as WWE cannot do anything than have both of them laugh hysterically at each other.

We can hope this feud to culminate at elimination chamber so both of them can go their separate ways. If WWE decides to continue this feud for WrestleMania, it would be better to have Brother Nero debut and have the Woken Hardy's take on a reunited Wyatt-family.

Prediction: Woken Matt Hardy defeats (DELETES) Bray Wyatt

#4 Asuka vs Nia Jax

Asuka vs Nia Jax
Is Nia ready for Asuka?

'The Empress of Tomorrow' Asuka will put her undefeated streak on the line when she takes on Nia Jax at the Elimination Chamber PPV.

The stakes are high for Nia Jax as she will be added to the Raw women's championship match at WrestleMania 34 if she manages to defeat Asuka this Sunday.

The result of this match is very predictable as there is no chance that WWE will end Asuka's undefeated streak at the hands of Nia Jax. We all know that honor belongs to the one who will sign her WWE contract this Sunday, Ronda Rousey.

But don't assume this to be a complete squash match as Jax will be booked to have a dominant show against Asuka, even in defeat.

Prediction: Asuka defeats Nia Jax

#3 The Bar vs Titus Worldwide- Raw Tag Team Championship

Titus Worldwide
Titus worldwide challenged the Bar for a match at elimination chamber

Titus O'Neil and Apollo pulled off a big upset when they defeated the Raw Tag Team champions at this week's episode of Monday Night Raw.

Titus and Apollo alongside their statistician Dana Brooke are at the receiving end of a decent push from the WWE higher-ups and it looks like they are next in line to challenge Sheamus and Cesaro for the Raw Tag Team Championships.

WWE posted a video on their official Youtube channel featuring Titus Worldwide challenging The Bar for the Tag titles at Elimination Chamber.

Prediction: The Bar defeats Titus Worldwide and retains the Raw Tag Team Championship

#2 Women's Championship Elimination Chamber Match

The Women's Elimination Chamber Match
History at the Making!

The Raw women's division will be making history when 6 superstars will participate in the first-ever Women's Elimination Chamber match.

Alexa Bliss will put her Raw Women's Championship on the line against Bayley, Sasha Banks, Sonya Deville, Mandy Rose and Mickie James inside the devilish structure.

This match is very crucial in taking the Raw women's championship picture forward to WrestleMania 34. With Asuka lurking in the corner and Ronda Rousey as a new threat, the eyes of the WWE universe will be firmly fixed on the outcome of this historic match.

This match has all it takes to close the show this Sunday, but it is highly unlikely as this Sunday will be all about crowning the new No. 1 contender for Brock Lesnar's Universal Championship.

Prediction: It's a 50-50 choice but I guess Alexa Bliss will retain the title

#1 Men's Elimination Chamber Match- Winner receives a Universal title match at WrestleMania

The Men's Elimination Chamber Match
The stakes are sky high for this colossal match

For the very first time, 7 superstars will enter the elimination chamber match and fight it out to secure a spot to face the Universal Champion Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 34 for the championship.

It will be 6 tons of steel and 2 miles of chain and 7 highly talented superstars will enter the devilish structure. The Miz, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, John Cena, Braun Strowman, Elias and Finn Balor will square off for an opportunity to become the Universal Champion at WrestleMania 34.

Three superstars will start off the proceedings and the other four superstars will be locked inside their respective pods.

The Miz will be the first person to enter the elimination chamber and the other two superstars could presumably be Seth Rollins and Finn Balor as they were the ones who received the final two spots inside the chamber.

The 7 superstars competed in a gauntlet match at this week's episode of Raw and the pick of the match was Seth Rollins as he lasted 65 minutes and eliminated both Roman Reigns and John Cena clean. The match was eventually won by Braun Strowman after pinning The Miz.

The other question apart from who will win this match is that will the Undertaker will interfere in the match and take out John Cena? We have to wait till this Sunday to find out.

It's not difficult to predict the winner of this match as we all know who is going to walk out of this match victorious.

Prediction: Roman Reigns wins the elimination chamber and becomes the No 1 contender for Brock Lesnar's Universal Championship at WrestleMania 34
